Buyer’s RebateOur Buyer's Rebate is a simple process. When you use Advantage 33 to represent you as a buyer of a Real Estate transaction, Advantage 33 will contribute back to you up to 1% of the Sale price of the Home. Here's how the Advantage 33 Buyer's Rebate works: For any home sale where Advantage 33 has acted as the exclusive agent for the buyer in the purchase of real estate, Advantage 33 will rebate to the buyer 1/3 (one third) of the cooperating broker commission up to a maximum of 1.0% of the final sales price, after a $3,000 minimum cooperating broker commission retained by Home Quarters. Example: The example show what a Buyer’s Rebate would be with a Cooperating Broker Commission of 3%.
For homes under $150,000, remember that Advantage 33 will retain the first $3000 of the Cooperating Broker Commissions. Cooperating Broker Commissions vary, and will affect the corresponding amount paid as the buyer’s rebate.
